제품소개

세라믹(Si3N4)

고속, 고온, 전식 등의 특수환경 하에서 기존 고탄소 크롬베어링강(SUJ)의 열위점을 극복하기 위한 수단으로 전기자동차 및 경량화 베어링 범용 적용하기 위해 사용되는 재질입니다.

박원은 고객사로부터 승인된 HIP방식의 소결업체로 부터 Blank Ball을 공급받아 생산하고 있으며 현재는 완제품으로 글로벌 베어링사의 품질검증이 완료되어 Grade5 양산체제가 구축되었습니다.
