Job performance principles and
ethics principles of partners

Social responsibility to Parkwon, Ltd. Is guaranteeing company’s well-being and applying the identical treatment to the supply chain.
Partners, as a part of a promise to cooperate, shall practice this guideline, and maintain the social, ethical, and environmental guidelines in business performance. Also, all partners shall perform business in ethical and social ways based on ethics rules of management activity standards.

  1. Responsibility

    Partners of Parkwon, Ltd. Has the responsibility to abide by the local laws and regulations in the country where they operate the business.
    This document presents principles of Parkwon’s business activities to partners and advises the significance of business activity operation according to the principles.

  2. Environment & Sustainability

    Parkwon pursues eco-friendly management.
    We must develop reusable and recyclable products in consideration of environmental effects, and practice prevention to protect the environment. We comply with international standards, laws and internal regulations related to environment protection.
    As a duty for environment protection, partners are recommended to bring in ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and acquire ISO 14001 certificate.

  3. Job performance principles and ethics rules

    In performing the job, high level of sincerity and fairness are demanded.
    Parkwon’s partners are highly recommended to implement these job performance principles and ethics rules.
    All business activities are stipulated to comply with the relevant laws and bills:
    Monopoly and fair trade, corruption prevention, money laundering prevention, conflict of interest, export limit, IP protection, corporate data protection
    Any form of bribery, corruption or money laundering are prohibited.

  4. Regulation observance

    In case of the violation of aforementioned laws and regulations, Parkwon, Ltd. Holds the right to terminate the business relationship with partners early.
    Also, Parkwon can request partners to revise the business plan in compliance with the regulations and may suggest technical measures needed to solve issues.

  5. Health and safety

    We establish and maintain a pleasant work environment in compliance with health and safety standards for all our employees.
    Our goal is to comply with health and safety regulations that can be applied to all establishments.

  6. Child labor and forced labor

    You must hire employees that meet the minimum age for legal employment.
    Hiring minors of 15 or younger is prohibited by law.
    Any form of physical abuse and punishment are not allowed, and any type of compulsive or involuntary form of labor are not allowed either.

  7. Fair labor conditions

    Wage, working hours and reward for other labor conditions shall be valid, and comply with the labor laws of respective country :
    Wage, working hours, regular holidays and paid vacations must comply with the laws of respective country.

  8. Nonviolence and nondiscrimination

    Legally, violence or discrimination is not permitted under any circumstances.
    Discrimination of age, race, religion or thought, gender, disability, nationality, ethnic group, marriage status/ parent’s status or sexual tendency are strictly prohibited by law and institution.

  9. Freedom of association & collective bargaining

    We respect employees’’ freedom to join the labor union as guaranteed by the law.
    Regulations of various labor unions that represent employees must represent employees’ rights or be acknowledged as a spokesperson.

  10. Conflict minerals

    We take measures to improve the clarity of procurement from DRC to regulate ‘conflict minerals’.
    Distribution of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (conflict minerals) produced in DRC is illegal and subject to regulation.
    Partners shall refrain from purchasing or using conflict minerals produced in troubled regions.
